After delivering two releases in just one month, we are on a steady pace to release the next OpenNebula EE Maintenance Release 6.6.3 in the coming weeks. Stay tuned because this one will be, as usual, packed with several exciting features!

The OpenNebula development team has worked really hard to publish a set of OpenNebula Ansible Playbooks that you can now use to deploy an OpenNebula cloud in a simple and convenient way. These playbooks will cover various deployment configurations (e.g. local and shared storage, HA for the front-end, etc.), and so far they support Ubuntu 22.04 and RHEL 9, plus derivatives. We encourage everyone to collaborate through our GitHub Repo! πŸ––

Last month, our energies were focused on making the 10th edition of our OpenNebula Conference an event worth being remembered… and we succeeded! Almost 450 participants joined us online to enjoy amazing presentations and discussions involving no less than 45 speakers from 35 different organizations, including Deloitte, Grafana, Huawei, IBM, Intel, MX, Oracle, Red Hat, SUSE, Telefonica, and many others! A big thanks to all of them and especially to this edition’s sponsors, LINBIT and StorPool. Remember: you can already access all the recordings of the OpenNebulaCon2023 on-demand! πŸ“Ί
